How can I book a room?
Just check the availability using the online reservation system, select the type of room required and fill out the booking form. You will receive by return a confirmation of your booking by e-mail.
What time is check in and check out?
Can I leave the room late?
Yes, with extra fee.
Can I choose the type of bed in my room? (Large bed – two beds)
You can choose in Superior rooms and Junior Suites.
Do the rooms have a balcony or terrace? Can I reserve one?
Some Suites and Junior Suites have balcony or terrace, ask during your booking.
Are there non-smoking rooms?
The entire hotel is non-smoking.
How many storeys does the building have? Is there a lift?
There are 7 storeys and a lift.
Is there air conditioning in the rooms?
There is air conditioning in the entire hotel.
Is your hotel adapted for the handicapped?
No.
Can you keep my luggage when I leave the room?
Yes.
Is there a safe place to park my car? How much does it cost?
Public Parking close to the hotel, the rate is around 30€/day.
Does the hotel have an Internet or e-mail terminal for guests?
Yes, there is a Business Centre (0.35€/min)
Do you have high-speed Internet in the room for my portable computer? Is it wireless?
Yes, with Wi-Fi in the entire hotel (fee required).

Do you have a quiet, romantic room? How can I reserve it?
The Superior and Junior Suites can be on the courtyard (on request)
What languages are spoken in Reception?
French, English, Spanish and notions of Italian.
Where may I rent a car?
At the reception.
We are coming with 1 (or more) child; can we add an extra bed in a double room? What are the other options?
An extra bed is charged 100€, except for a child under 2 years old. The other option is to book a Junior Suite or 2 adjoining rooms.
How far away is the Eiffel Tower?
At 2.75 km, 40 minutes walk or 7 minutes by metro.
How far is the Louvre Museum?
At 1 km, 14 minutes walk.
How much does a taxi from the airport cost? How long is it?
A taxi rate is between 40 and 55€ according to the airport arrival. It takes around 30-40 minutes.
I am traveling to assist at an exhibition in Porte de Versailles exhibition center: Is it easy to go from the hotel?
Yes, Porte de Versailles is located 20 minutes by metro.
How can I cancel my reservation?
You will receive a confirmation of your booking through e-mail. On this confirmation, you will find your confirmation code and a cancellation code. Keep these codes carefully as you will need them if you want to cancel. To cancel the booking, just log on our website, then in « Rates and Bookings », click on « Track/Cancel Reservation », then just follow the procedure. You can use this system only if you have respected the cancellation policy on your confirmation.
